State of Dogs (1998) & the Transformation of Mongolia

In this talk with Seoyeon Ha and Aleksei Myslitskii from the Halle (Saale)-based film club "Wiederblick" we talk about the second installement of Peter Brosens Mongolia-Trilogy "State of Dogs" (1998). The artistic documentary brought the young film club once together – now we’re hearing from two members what makes the film aesthetically so interesting and why it’s politically so relevant, even today.
