Social Background of the Oslo Massacre – How common is xenophobia?

The massacre/attack of Oslo was the result of a ´lone wulf´ - a single person fighting against all the evil in the world. But also this lone person (insane or not) has a social background, raised its ideas and philosophy within a broader context. Which is this context? How lonesome was this single person in fact? A conversation with Terje Emberland working and researching at Center for Studies of Holocaust and Religious Minorities in Oslo.
