During this weekend in Halle meet Community Radio acitivists from all over the world. The federation of Community Radios Germany is organizing the Community Radio Congress.

Yesterday the congress has been opened by Vinod Pavarella, who is representing the Community Media within the UNESCO. We talked with him about Community Radio in India and South Asia.
